The Challenge

Although the brand enjoyed national recognition, The Ten Spot’s Quebec locations struggled with visibility in an already saturated market filled with salons, spas, and boutique beauty concepts. They needed stronger local discoverability, accurate data tracking, high-impact campaigns for services and store launches, a more refined booking journey to convert paid traffic, and a structured Google Ads and Meta strategy to support long-term growth. Brandid began by rebuilding The Ten Spot’s entire Google Business Suite to establish clean, reliable data and prepare the brand for high-performance digital campaigns. This included advanced Google Analytics configuration, comprehensive Tag Manager setup with custom events, a full restructuring of the Google Ads account, and local SEO alignment for each franchise location. With this strengthened infrastructure in place, the team was able to measure every interaction—from ad clicks to online booking submissions—with complete precision.
