The Challenge
Prior to working with Brandid Advisory, Spa St James had no ability to monetize their online channel. With a goal of increasing lead conversions and revenue, Spa St James needed a website that showcased their core services and offerings while providing a user-friendly e-commerce experience. The former website lacked functionality and user friendliness, making it difficult for visitors to book treatments or browse products.
Website Redesign & E-Commerce Integration
To help Spa St. James achieve its goals, we started with a UX and content audit to identify gaps in functionality and design. Based on these insights, we built a modern, visually appealing website that made it easy for customers to book appointments, browse services, and shop products.
Using WordPress and Shopify, we created a responsive, high-converting site that reflected the spa’s luxury brand while delivering a seamless shopping and booking experience. We also integrated Booker, their cloud-based management system, to streamline online bookings and operations, making scheduling more efficient for both customers and staff.

Digital Marketing
With a new website and e-commerce platform in place, we restructured paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and Instagram to drive targeted traffic. By refining audience segmentation and using retargeting strategies, we ensured ads reached high-value prospects, converting more visitors into customers. At the same time, we expanded social media engagement on Instagram and Facebook, enhancing brand visibility and audience interaction. Our efforts also supported public relations initiatives, further establishing Spa St. James as a premier luxury wellness destination.
