Sabrosa: A Restaurant Brand Built to Be Felt

Located in the heart of Old Montreal inside the iconic Place Jacques-Cartier, Sabrosa is a modern Latin restaurant known for its bold dishes, warm hospitality, and effortlessly stylish atmosphere. Every detail—from the music to the plating—tells a story. Brandid Advisory was brought in to craft a digital experience as expressive and refined as the restaurant itself—developing a visual-first website, sharpening the brand voice, and launching full-funnel campaigns to drive reservations, group bookings, and private events.

The Challenge

Sabrosa had quickly become a go-to destination in Old Montreal, but its digital presence didn’t reflect the vibrancy or caliber of the brand. The website lacked personality, had limited UX structure, and wasn’t built to support bookings or guest engagement. With no clear brand story or performance marketing engine in place, Sabrosa needed a platform that could turn online interest into real-world diners.

Web Design That Tells the Story

We designed and developed a custom website that brings Sabrosa’s essence online—vibrant, polished, and built to convert. Large-format photography, refined layouts, and subtle transitions create a mood that mirrors the in-restaurant experience. From exploring the menu to booking a table, every interaction is seamless and mobile-optimized.

Paid Ads That Drive Results

To fuel traffic and drive reservations, we launched targeted Google and Meta campaigns across Old Montreal and surrounding neighborhoods. Search ads focused on branded terms and dining intent, while Meta creative highlighted ambiance, dishes, and the dining experience. Content was refreshed seasonally to align with menus and events.

Results

Sabrosa’s new digital presence brings the brand to life with clarity, style, and intent. The website converts visitors into bookings, while paid campaigns continue to generate visibility and new guests. Most importantly, the brand now has a digital experience that matches what diners feel when they step through the doors of Place Jacques-Cartier—elevated, inviting, and full of soul.

"Digitally, Brandid helped us bring Sabrosa to life in a way that truly reflects who we are. They understood our vision from the start and translated it into a website that performs. Their marketing strategies work and create impact. Their work feels like an extension of our space."
