Advanced retargeting, improved ROAS across paid channels, and a more intuitive user journey were also essential for driving online orders and store visits. On Google, campaigns focused on search queries related to bubble tea, new menu items, and local intent, complemented by retargeting to re-engage warm audiences and high-intent local campaigns to drive map directions and foot traffic. On Meta and TikTok, Brandid leveraged scroll-stopping creative featuring seasonal drinks, tested audiences across interests, behaviors, and lookalikes, emphasized visual storytelling to reflect L2’s playful energy, and implemented retargeting sequences to convert highly engaged users.

L2 launched a new seasonal line of hot beverages for winter, offering a key opportunity to refresh the brand and boost cold-season sales.
