Before the formation of the Incotel Group, Quebec-based Incotel-ISQ launched an ambitious acquisition strategy to expand nationally—acquiring Ontario-based City-Com Communications and Connexio. These mergers brought significant operational scale, but also revealed a fragmented digital ecosystem.
