Between June and October 2025, the group launched five new concepts—Mona Street Food, Donato Gelato, D Burger, Spuntino Café, and Le Speakeasy 404—while simultaneously revamping its flagship restaurants: Ristorante Donato, Trattoria Gio, and Sabrosa. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

Across Google, Meta, and TikTok, we built full-funnel campaigns designed for discovery, engagement, and conversion.
Google Ads: Hyper-localized campaigns drove reservations and foot traffic, achieving an average CTR of 8.4% and a CPC 22% below industry average.

Meta & TikTok: Creative assets highlighted atmosphere, food, and storytelling—resulting in over 2.5M impressions, 9,000+ conversions, and a 3.8x average ROAS across the portfolio.

Portfolio Impact: Paid media spend was distributed dynamically, ensuring resources flowed to where impact was greatest—launches, events, and new menu pushes.

Results

Brandid’s leadership transformed Donato Group’s marketing into a connected, high-performing ecosystem by unifying eight brands under a cohesive digital framework, launching six new websites within five months, and achieving a 3.8x average ROAS across paid channels. The portfolio saw a 47% increase in organic traffic, along with consistent brand voice and user experience across every platform. Within the first 90 days, the group also received more than 200 private event and group booking requests.
