Prior to working with Brandid Advisory, Spa St James had no ability to monetize their online channel. With a goal of increasing lead conversions and revenue, Spa St James needed a website that showcased their core services and offerings while providing a user-friendly experience.

We began with a comprehensive UX design and content audit to identify areas for improvement. Based on the findings, we developed a new wireframe that placed Spa St James’ core services at the forefront, while simultaneously providing a seamless user experience. Using WordPress website development, we created an appealing site that was visually stunning and conversion optimized. We also set up Booker, a cloud-based management system for spas, to streamline their operations.
We also implemented Google Analytics and set up conversion tracking in GA4, enabling Spa St James to track conversions and measure results accurately.
In addition to website development, Brandid Advisory developed a comprehensive digital advertising strategy to reinforce Spa St James’ brand positioning within the luxury spa segment and create revenue generating opportunities via online bookings. This involved crafting ad content that was geared towards both new and existing audiences, with a strong emphasis on a brand-first approach and service-based content that was designed to captivate and convert. The team implemented a rigorous Google search and display pay-per-click advertising strategy, as well as an engaging social media advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram, to deliver targeted and impactful ads to potential customers.
