Avanti Le Spa is one of Quebec’s largest full-service beauty destinations, with four locations in Montreal. Known for expert hairstyling, spa and medispa treatments, and bridal beauty services, Avanti has built a loyal clientele seeking top-tier care. As their brand continued to grow, Avanti recognized the opportunity to enhance their digital presence and expand their reach beyond their physical locations. They needed a modern online experience that reflected the same sophistication and quality as their in-person services. Their website required a considerable facelift to align with a fresh and dynamic online presence, one that could attract new customers, streamline the booking process, and ultimately monetize their online channel.

The Challenge
Avanti Le Spa’s website was outdated and lacked a well-structured design, making it difficult for users to navigate services, book treatments, and purchase beauty products online. Additionally, the absence of a formal email marketing strategy meant missed opportunities to engage customers and drive repeat business. As a result, their digital presence was not supporting their growth, limiting both revenue potential and booking conversions.
Website Redesign & E-Commerce Integration
To modernize Avanti’s digital presence, we built a new website on Shopify, providing a visually-driven and functional platform that aligned with their brand’s business objectives and brand appeal. An integrated AI booking system via Mindbody was added, removing barriers and enabling clients to schedule appointments with ease. Mobile optimization was also a priority, ensuring the site provided a polished and accessible experience across all devices.

Personalized Newsletter Marketing with Klaviyo
To strengthen client relationships, we implemented a tailored email marketing strategy using Klaviyo. Automated campaigns were created to engage clients at various touchpoints, including welcome emails for new subscribers, reminders for upcoming appointments, and personalized follow-ups after treatments. Additionally, we created promotional newsletter templates that highlighted seasonal deals, exclusive offers, and new services. By leveraging Klaviyo’s segmentation tools, we ensured that messages were relevant and targeted to the unique interests of Avanti Spa’s customers.
