Brandid Adivsory was first mandated to oversee their branding and visual guidelines, as well as provide a custom UX design for their site. The founders’ requirements were to keep designs simple but distinct with the ultimate goal of leveraging colors to create a fun, vibrant browsing experience that would stand out from the competition. The site was developed using WordPress CMS and is bilingual, fully cross-browser compatible, mobile-responsive and optimized for SEO.
We were also responsible for developing their offline marketing collaterals and implementing their digital strategy including SEO optimization, Google Ads / PPC campaigns and Social Channel Strategy to maximize their online exposure and lead generation.
Finally, when their in-home services were drastically impacted by Covid-19, we provided strategic consulting to help the founders establish credibility within their online market, identify scalable growth opportunities and develop a new customer acquisition strategy. We created a business framework to help transition and pivot their efforts to e-learning platforms and compete in an entirely new educational landscape.
